In establishing our restaurant, we chose a place

located at Don Simeon cor. Silangan, Gapan City, Nueva
Ecija as our target site considering that Gapan City is
not just one of the oldest towns in Nueva Ecija, but also
in the country. The ancestral homes in town are proof of
its long history. Aside from this, we also want to
promote the tourism industry in our municipality and it
is called "Little Vigan". This tourist spot has plenty of
old colonial houses, cobblestoned streets, and vintage
lamp posts.

from various countries, featuring a museum, photobooth,
and merchandise. Customers can enjoy our delicious food,
as it's available in Don Simeon Cor Silangan Bayanihan
Gapan City Nueva Ecija at the front of Gapan City Hall.
Our goal is not only to earn money but also to establish
a successful business.

In our business we offer a variety of signature

dishes from different countries and a worthy-view of
paintings and sculptures which can expand their knowledge
about chickens. Chicken has a lot of benefits in our body
like vitamins B6, B12 and niacin, and minerals magnesium,
selenium and zinc. Chicken can help with weight
management and reduce the risk of heart disease. Chicken
contains the amino acid tryptophan, which has been linked
to higher levels of serotonin (the “feel good” hormone)
in our brains.

Marketing and sales

Our goal is to get more customers eat in our
restaurant and come back to our restaurant. Our
restaurant only serves chicken dishes to families,
students, and groups of friends. We have Filipino
delicacies as well as food from other nations that are
solely available at our restaurant. In addition, our
restaurant has a museum on the second level that is free
to visit; the theme of our museum is chicken history, and
we have chicken sculptures, paintings, and merchandise
there because our primary cuisine is chicken.

Funding request
Chicken Champs will serve their devoted consumers
the many chicken cuisines in a traditional surroundings.
Additionally, it will undoubtedly gratify our customers'
senses by matching the style of our restaurant's décor
and allowing them to learn about the new history of
chickens. They will feel and receive the service they paid
for ,and to expand on our accomplishments and high the
quality standards. We believe that the initial funding of
our restaurant will be sufficient to carry chicken champs
restaurant through to initial profitability. These
financial needs will be met through a blend of our start-
up inventory, equipment leases and personal cash
investment. At present, we anticipate that we will meet
our capital/equipment needs of equipment and fixtures. We
anticipate that we will be able to sustain minimum gross
margins. We will seek to increase this level through
management of our inventory and sourcing.

Financial projections

The management team will assist in raising money for

Chicken Champs. A rough estimate of the amount of money
required for our company is ₱49,855,342.83. Each
proponent will receive an equal share from the management
team's investment of ₱2,700,000.00. And we made the
decision to borrow a total of 10,000,000.00 from the bank
to finish our business's funding. With this money, we
will be able to create our incredibly gorgeous restaurant.
Yes, Our Restaurant is pretty pricey for a restaurant,
but if we go past the specifics and the required
furnishings and equipment, we can see that the
₱49,855,342.83 is not the big Also, the fact that top-
notch raw materials are now very pricey, as well as the
compensation for the laborers. We also have more
traditional and antique things that can win the hearts of
our devoted consumers. We aspire to provide the best
service possible and go above and above for our customers.
We carefully structured our business and allocated enough
resources to make this ambition come true since we want
to be remembered as the best restaurant museum.

The amount invested by each Proponent is expected to

return to them in 2 to 3 years.
