2016. The workers who a doctoral degree had the lowest unemployment rate of 1.6% as compared to
workers who have less education than a high school diploma had the highest unemployment rate of
7.4%. The later had the lowest median weekly earnings ($504) in 2016 among those at all education
levels.

The image shows a bar graph that accounts of households with access to the internet in the UK from
2006 to 2009, in percentages. In 2009, 70% of households in the UK had an internet connection. This
was up from 58% in 2006, 61% in 2007 and 65% in 2008. It shows a steady growth of 12% in the
time period of 3 years.

The bar chart compares the household ownership of consumer goods in 2008 and 2013, measured in
percentage. In 2008, 76% of Georgia homes had a Color TV and this increased to 91% in 2013. The
majority of homes have a colour tv, a refrigerator and cell phone in 2013. Overall it can be seen that
more families had electronic devices in 2013 than in 2008. To conclude, as people got richer, they
afforded more home appliances in 2013 than in 2008.

The provided bar graph compares the fertility rates of women in 6 different Gulf countries between
1990 and 2000. The data shows a decline in the fertility rate over the decade in all the countries. The
women in Oman and Saudi Arabia had the highest fertility rates during both of the years than the
women in other four countries. Oman had the largest number of childbirths per thousand woman,
which was 7 in 1990 and just above 5 in 2000. To summarize, there were major decreases in birth
rates in all the Gulf countries.

This graph shows the poverty rate in the United States among all people in 2012 by age and gender.
As is evident in the bar graph, the individuals under 18 yrs of age were living below the poverty line
and it constitutes approx 22% women and 21% men. In comparison to it, only 11% women and &
6.6% men aged 65 and older were living below the poverty line in 2012.

The graphic demonstrates the change in the success rate for Canada from 1999 to 2002. The students
in 2002 performed brilliantly, with a success rate of 87.5%. The success rate in Canada has been
steadily increasing over the last three years and is now 21.5% higher than in 1999.
The bar chart compares contribution of UK’s two major industrial sectors, IT and Service industry to
its GDP from 1992 to 2000, as a percentage of total GDP. At the beginning of the period, in 1992, IT
and Service industry accounted for 6% and 4% resp. which increased quite sharply to 15% for IT and
decent 8% for Service industry in 2000. At the end of the period, the percentage of GDP from IT was
almost twice that of the Service Industry.

distributed along the horizontal axis, with males shown on the left and females on the right. The graph
displays male and female populations with the youngest age groups at the bottom and the oldest at the
top. Most of the population is concent+rated in the age group of 25-45 in both sections.

The chart shows the challenges people face when they settle in a new country and how the challenges
vary according to people’s ages. For the person aged between 18-34, making friends is the most
challenging aspect, accounting to 46%. However, this percentage decreases with the increase in age.
54% of the people over 55 finds learning the local language the biggest obstacle when settling. To
summarize, all age groups experience the same problems to some extent.

The bar chart shows the scores of three teams, A, B and C, in four consecutive seasons. In
2008, the score of Team B far exceeded that of the other two teams, standing at a massive 82
points compared to only 10 for team C and a very low 5 for Team A.

Over the next two years, the points for team B decreased quite considerably while team A’s
point increased massively & Team C had managed only a small increase over this time. In the
final year, team B remained ahead of the others as their points increased again to 55, while
team A and C saw their points drop to 8 and 5 respectively.

The bar chart shows the percentage of students proficient in a foreign language in six nations
– China, Romania, Thailand, India, Russia, and Vietnam.

Among these nations, India is the country having the highest percentage of students able to
communicate in a language other than their mother tongue, followed by Romania, Veitnam,
Russia, Thailand & China.

In most of the nations, the percentage of female students having skill in using a foreign
language outnumbers that of the males, though the difference is not significant. However, the
only exception is Thailand where the quantity of males able to use a foreign language is
higher than that of females.
