Unilever Co. has to reduce department administrative expenses by limiting their traveling and
entertainment expenses in order to improve profitability of the company from the next year 1 stJan, 2015.

PTCL Co. has to ensure that the internal control system and audit objections are strictly followed and
rectified by 30th June, 2012 so that the company can promote efficiency and reduce risk of asset loss.

5. “To implement new software as early as possible to enhance procedural efficiency for call
centre services”

Warid Telecom has to implement “NewVoiceMedia” software by 20 th, June 2013 to enhance procedural
efficiency for call centre services so that customer can enjoy using warid.

6. “To reduce departmental staff to enhance their knowledge and experience.”

PTCL Co. has to reduce departmental staff and relay more on mechanical work from next year onwards
1st Jan,2014 so that their knowledge and experience about technology should be enhanced.

7. “To reduce wait time at cash counters for better delivery of customer service.”

MCB Bank has to reduce wait time by 30 minutes from 1 st Sep,2014 at cash counter for better delivery of
customer services so that they can’t wait for a long period of time.
