    AGREEMENT

    February 8, 2016

    We, LEONARDO ESTRELLA and NEMIA ESTRELLA, have an agreement with


    BABELYN A. BRUNO and ERWINE BRUNO, regarding their purchase of our 300 square
    meters property in Block 43, Lot 44, Rajah Muda, Bula, General Santos City. The property
    will be officially under their names ones the full payment of P15,000 will be completed.

    The following conditions regarding this contract are as follows:

    A. Partial payment of P15,000 was made last February 4, 2016 deducting the total
    down payment of P49,000 to P34,000 to be made on February 8, 2016.
    B. Total ownership of the property will only be transferred by Babelyn Bruno and Erwin
    Bruno upon full payment of P150,000.
    C. Any income coming from the property i.e. ( monthly rental fees) shall be sent to
    Nemia Estrella and Leonardo Estrella continuously and will only cease upon
    complete turnover of the property.
    D. To give consideration to Babelyn Bruno and Erwine Bruno, first installment of
    P10,000 will start on April 20, 2016 and will continue until full payment of P150,000.
    E. Monthly payment of P10,000 should be made on or before the 10 th of May 2016
    starting and should be made monthly without fail.

    All information written in this agreement is a binding contract and were agreed by
    both parties today.
