CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MENT BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract of agreement is made and entered into by and between:

MR. RAMON A. PAMA, widow of legal age, and a resident of Purok Rosal, Brgy. New Isabela,
Tacurong City, hereinafter referred to as the Owner;

-And-

BIENVENIDO ASUNCION RAMOS, also of legal age, married and a resident of Travilla
Subdivision, Tina, Tacurong City, hereinafter referred to as the Tenant/Occupant.

That the owner hereby agrees to rent to tenant/occupants the building located at Malvar St.,
Poblacion, Tacurong City with the following terms and conditions:

1) That this contract is bonded for one (1) year term only starting upon the signing/execution of
this contract with the amount of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS(Php25,000.00) per month.

1.a That the contract is renewable every year and an additional of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php5,000.00) per month on the second year and additional amount as per agreement on the
succeeding years;

1.b If the tenant/occupant will not be able to comply the said contract or agreement in 1 year
and he is able to stop the business, automatically the tenant should pay the remaining months
to cover up the 1 year contract;

2) That the Tenant/Occupant will pay 1 month advance and 1 month deposit;
2.a The 1 month deposit is intended for the last month payment; and the other 1 month is for
the bills payment such as water and electric bills, upon the termination or end of the contract;

3) That the payment be made every 5th day of the month starting on January 5, 2024:
3.a The tenant/occupant should update the payments:

4) That the tenant is liable to pay their water bills, electric bills, telephone or internet bills or any
other bills every month;

5) Any repair or restructuring of the building should be advise to the owner;

6) That any damages, the tenant/occupant are liable for the repair; and
