To Whom It May Concern,

This reference letter is to confirm that Mr. John Anthony Solidum have been a tenant
in the above property name since June 2018. The rental property is a one bedroom
place with a common comfort room and kitchen shared by other three tenants.

His last payment was February 10, 2020 for the amount of 4,000 which was on time.
Due to this health crisis Mr. John Anthony Solidum was not able to settle his payment
for the month of March and April. I can affirm that the tenants are able to pay on time if
not with this situation.

We are not able to served any notice as a remedy to cover due payment and we
understand that he cannot pay on time, given that he also have obligations to his family.
However, in as much as we would like to extend his payment obligation to his rent, we
can’t afford to do such, since we also have our own obligations and responsibilities as
the owner.
