CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT made and entered into in Cebu City, Philippines this 20th day of
April, 2020 by and between:

BHENZ BRYLE M. TOMILAP, of legal age, married and with residence at Brgy.
Sambag 2. Cebu City, Philippines, hereinafter referre to as the SELLER/VENDOR.

-AND-

IVANA O. ALAWI, also of legal age, and with residence at Brgy. Sambag 2. Cebu City,
Philippines, as represented by her ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, BEA T. ALONZO, hereinafter
referred to as the BUYER/VENDEE.

WHEREAS, BHENZ BRYLE M. TOMILAP is the OWNER of a parce of land located in

Brgy. Sambag 2. Cebu City, Philippines, known as LOT A.

WITNESSETH: THAT

WHEREAS, the BUYER/VENDEE would like to avail the said property through PAG-
IBIG.
WHEREAS, the SELLER/VENDOR is willing to grant the BUYER/VENDEE this
request,
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the
SELLER/VENDOR agrees to sell and the BUYER/VENDOR agrees to buy the above described
house and lot.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 20 th day of April 2020
at Cebu City, Philippines.
