 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

January 9, 2020

This is to acknowledge the receipt of P200,000.00 from NORIEL A. LANDICHO as initial down payment for the
purchase of house and lot situated at Sampaguita Homes Block 5, Lot 3, Acacia Ext. The total purchase price is
P1,500,000.00 and agreed to rent the house up until LOAN TAKE OUT FROM Pag-IBIG FUND as required by the
seller/owner, ARTURO A. MONERA and ELAINE H. MONERA.
The Seller and Buyer also agreed that both parties will complete all requirements to process loan to Pag-IBIG as the
buyer will be the new borrower. From the completion of documents, in the event that there is delayed on Take-out,
the Buyer will pay another 100,000 to the seller deductible to Selling Price.
Contract to Sell and Deed of Sale are to be executed. Both parties are hereby obliged to comply for all the necessary
documents to complete the loan proceeds of P1,300,000.00 from Pag-IBIG Fund.
Rental fee is P5,000.00 per month.
