ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT OF PAYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JENNYLYN TEJADA, married, of legal age, Korean Citizen, with residence and postal
address at Kyeongido Paju Shi Kwangtan Meon Sinsan Ri 224-12, hereinafter referred
to as the RECIPIENT/VENDOR, do hereby acknowledge receipt of the amount of
SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php760,000.00) as full payment of the
parcel of land I sold to FLORDELIZA J. MAMANGUN, hereinafter referred to as the
BUYER;

This payment received will serve as full payment of the BUYER for the BLOCK1 LOT1
with total of 500 SQUARE METERS portion of the herein described property amounting to
Php750,000.00 which he/she bought from me including its subdivision fee amounting
Php10,000.00. This portion of a registered parcel of the land located in Barangay Tala, San
Andres, Quezon Province covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-41634.

Upon receipt of the full/partial payment, the vendee will be given by the vendor of the
above-described land an absolute right to use and possess the land.
