I am writing this letter to explain my unfortunate circumstance regarding my school requirements. I

can’t submit yet my Transcript of records (TOR), Certificate of Graduation, and Diploma because our
school Mariano Marcos State University cannot issue the following requirements until the said date (July
2019). In line with this, I will submit my university clearance (fully signed) for the meantime as a proof
that I am a fresh graduate of my school, MMSU.
