company to set up the rules and regulations that will help in the new style of bringing up the

business. Therefore the current the new foundation for the execution for adopt –A-farm

applying Enterprise Architecture framework will be POLDAT, it means Process,

Organisation and Location[business architecture]and data applications and technology [

systems architecture].POLDAT is an architectural unification method that identifies the

similarity between the radical re-engineering, enterprise transformation planning and

information system for the planning process.

It’s therefore divided in the following sub units

PROCESS; it’s the way that provides value from the organisation to the buyers and also to

the workers .it allows the customers to get the allowance on the process of buying the farm

products while giving the assistance to the farmers by aiding in harvesting the produce from

the firm. The process is always of great importance because it’s the one that determines the

success of that particular organisation.

ORGANISATION; it’s the one which runs and operates the business process. It’s in the

organisation that different types of activities are always carried out. The success of the

organisation depends on how well its organised in the case of adopt A- farm, the

organisational entities are mapped to the aims of the organisation.

LOCATION; this means the locality of the farm. the data and information is virtual, through

online, people logged in and were able to access the maps which enabled them have the farms

that they worked on.it was also through physical because it dependent on where the farm was

located, this means that those near could easily have an access on it, therefore the factors that

contribute to the location of a farm includes the availability of the security and majorly the

infrastructure.

DATA, data majorly meant what was mainly needed, it included the names, contact details

of the farm dates for the harvest, and so many others, and the task of each individual in the

organisation...data collected was also based on the type of income and output

APPLLICATIONS; the new technology was applied. It’s important because it assists in to

prioritise a project and also helps during the implementation stage. It also include the website.

The website is of importance because it helps in the success of the business plan

TECHNOLOGY; technology is of more importance because it assists in the success of every

business, it’s through the technology that different ideas are realised and applied in the

operation of most organisations , it has been applied in execution for adopt-A-farm in the

light of POLDAT; the process is therefore easy to understand, the process is also well

improved, have good goals, the locality is also well, therefore technology is of more

importance because it aids in running the success of the organisation, it has also helped in the

improvement of work operations in an organisation.

Q2 EXPLAINATION OF THE CHOICE OF THE FRAMEWORK

POLDAT, was my preferred choice of framework. This is s because it gives one an

opportunity to choose accordingly, and one can also do the recording in different styling

either in the farm, the company or in the organisation while comparing itself with those

activities being undertaken.it therefore gives clear business imaging and also has the

capability of doing changes in the organisation.

Q3 DOCUMENTATION OF THE FUTURE STATE OF THE FOUNDATION FOR

EXECUTION ASSUMING A CLOUD TRANSFORMATION.

There will be an abrupt improvements in the future state of the foundation for execution if the

cloud transformation will be introduced, cloud transformation as far as it’s introduced the

process will be improved because farmers will have an access to vital information kept in the

cloud. And could be readily available when reached.it aids in improving the business

operation.it assists in selection of sites, as well as accessing the information concerning the

location. Data is therefore stored in the cloud. The new improved technology helps in cloud

computing making the process possible for understanding, for easy explanation recover and

also from restoring from the backups.

A –FARM WEBSITE THAT ADDRESSES THE GAPS BETWEEN THE CURRENT

To begin with, plan has to be implemented in order to make the process be dynamic. This is

because it makes it easy for the information to be accepted and then unloaded based on the

different various farm selections, and the labour needed.it highlights multiples for those

willing to have a clear idea on the type of work needed to be done, and assist them on how

they will be assisted while there, planning is important because for the success of every

organisation therefore one should ensure that the planning is well in order for the success of

every organisation, one should always ensure that he has planned well before any

implementation is to be done. It’s through the process of planning that one can decide to

give the multiples on either to assist physically or mechanically with their tractors.

Secondly; I will ensure I put in place proper organisation putting in place all the

requirements that will help in the operation and success of the process, and also coming up

with the possible ways concerning the goals of the organisation this will help me to plan well

for the future ,. Cloud computation will assist in the need to have an office in every farm this

will help save on time and the available resources around the fore an individual will be

selected in order to maintain the website and to manage and organise data on the site. The site

will have automatic notification which will help in passing information from one place to the

other so as to enhance effective communication in the organisation

Lastly I will ensure that I create a field related to the site that will gather the details of those

interested groups, the volunteers their location, and the contact details of every individual for

easier accessibility in the farm and in the different states, I will also ensure that the system

works well in a very good manner and style. I will ensure I apply the available knowledge

and skills around to make sure that everything runs successfully. Will also ensure I utilise the

available resources well so as to avoid wastage.
