Cut me out - including the window, fold everything,

stick the little middle part of the mechanism piece behind the bit with writing,
glue the box together with the tabs on the outside.
glue the tube with the tab on the inside
thread the tube inside the box so the mechanism sticks out the middle
glue the end tabs of the mechanism to the outside of the tube.
