I don't have a pattern for it, but once I do I'll mail DIY it for the site to post it.

Materials and Dimensions

Nylon:

1x 18.5" Tall by 18.5" Wide (Main Body),

Note: Extension of Nylon centered at top and bottom, 3.5" long by 6" Wide

1x 13.5" Long by 3" Wide (Flap and molle panel)

Webbing:

3x 1" Wide by 3 1/4" Long (Molle Attach)

1x 1" Wide by 3" Long (Flap pull tab)

Velcro:

Hook, 1x 2" Wide by 3" Long (Flap hook)

Pile, 3x 2" Wide by 3" Long (Flap closure, different points)

Shock Cord:

1x 1/8" x 31" Long (Pouch closure)

Hardware:

1x Cordlock

1x Grommet (I used #1 since it's a larger opening pouch)

Construction:

Step 1

Lay main body flat length wise, mark center at Left and Right.
Bind edges using 4" of binding tape, centered at line.
Step 2

Fold in half, insert shock cord and clip as shown. The top black clips hold the
chock cord in place as well as the ones at the top sides. The bottom clips help
keep the nylon from shifting.

Sew along the length of the shock cord to create the channel, being careful
not to sew the cord.
Step 3

Installing the grommet, measure for the center of the bottom extension piece
by first measuring left to right (3" mark) then 1.5" from top (Note I didn't
center it length wise since there's an extra .5" for the seam allowence it will
be centered after).
Step 4

Adding outer Pile, measure the center mark (9 1/4") under the shock cord
channel and measure the center mark for the pile (1.5"). Line up and sew
down.
Step 5

Sewing main seam, fold the pouch in half width wise inside out (face of pouch
will be inside of the fold) and clip in place. Sew and reinforce, I normally back
stitch the seam but because of the shock cord I had to lock the end and then
turn the build; then bind the seam.
Step 6

Attaching internal pile, take your second pile piece. Center it under the shock
cord channel, clip in place and sew.
Step 7

Attaching Molle Webbing and rear pile, take your flap piece and bind the
edges. Then, measure your mark for your webbing (6" from the top); align
and sew down. Next, measure 1/2" below your webbing and sew down your
pile.

Note: The binding adds width to the pouch, I compensated for this by adding
1/4" to the Molle (3 1/4" Wide instead of 3"), trim the webbing if necessary
and melt the edges after.
Step 8

Attaching the pull tab and hook, take your pull tab and measure 1/2" from the
edge; fold in half and clip to hold. Measure the center mark on your flap, align
and sew down. After, take your hook and clip it to the flap; now sew down.
Step 9

Attaching Flap panel to Main body, flip Main body right side out. Align and
center flap panel onto the rear of the Main body, clip in place.

Sew down above webbing along the shock cord seam.

Slide build over, and sew down under the webbing, this creates the belt
channel under the molle.
Now, this is where it gets tricky. You have to manipulate the build around the
machine by turning it in place so you can sew along the bottom of the Flap
panel. It takes some getting use to, be careful not to sew though other layers
of the pouch. Repeat this for the other side, I recommend playing around
with what works for you and planning how you will sew it before stitching it
down.
Step 10, final build
Sewing bottom of pouch and completing build. Start by turning pouch inside-
out, note first picture shows inside of where you sewed the Flap panel.

The sides of the pouch create the shape for the bottom be them self because
of the dimensions, just fold the Extensions piece along the side of the pouch;
clip in place then repeat on the other side. After, align and clip the long seam
along the back of the pouch.

Sew the side, reinforce then repeat on the other side.

Sew the back, then reinforce.

Now, to bind the edges. Start on the side of the pouch, after sew along the
back and then the other side. This creates one smooth binding step, instead
of binding three separate edges you're doing one continuous length. Trim all
loose threads not already trimmed, fold right side out and you're down.
