    COOLING TOWER MAKEUP WATER CALCULATION

    Date : March 2015

    Cooling tower make-up water calculation:


    Total cooling load = 2500 TR

    Total Condenser water flow = 7500 GPM

    Required make-up water = 7500 x (1.6/100)

    = 120 GPM 64.8

    For 16 hrs, storage capacity = 115200 Gallons

    ~ 436 Cu.M

    Tank capacity:

    The cooling tower make-up water storage tank will be sized for 500 Cu.M
