To who it may concern:

I am writing in behalf of the children of this community. I am conducting an activity which
entitled “Share your Love”. This activity aims to spend time with children who are unprivileged
and belongs to the poverty line of this community. Province of Masbate is known as one of the
poorest place in the Philippines.
In line with this, we would like to ask for your support for these children. I am expecting
50-80 children with age of 5-10 years old as a beneficiaries. I would greatly appreciate donations
such as school supplies, school bags, slippers or any other materials that would beneficial to these
children’s education this coming school year 2019-2020. The activity will be held this June 2019.

I believe that education should be the basic right of every child, and we are making our
share of efforts to make it possible, but I always have to seek support from people like you.

Appreciation is greatly expressed, in advance, for your kind consideration. This small
action of yours is hugely beneficial to the poor children around us. We thank you for your kind
