Reimbursement for own Vehicle: Reimbursement of travel through one's own vehicle will be applicable as under:

2 wheeler Rs.3.50/- per km
4 wheeler Rs. 9/- per km
Note-
1 No auto charges till the nearest station unless there are bags
If any employee traveling (out side Mumbai) on official work and reached their home or mumbai before 12 noon they should come to the office/factory/site by 2pm, if they reach after

2pm they need not attend office/factory /site on that day.
3 If the train/bus is of or after 3 pm then the person has to attend his/her respective office upto 1 pm.
4 All service engineers need to submit their expenses along with service reports, otherwise expenses are not clear
5 All employees should be claim their expenses within 15 days.
6 For Railway Pass holders-
For people having company paid railway pass will have to claim for local conveyance from the nearest railway station. People travelling localy or otherwise should prefre local train and
a.
claim for local conveyance from the nearest railway station.
b. It is expected people spent minimum amount on travel expenses without forgoing their basic comfort

Note for O&M Staff

1. O & M staff will get conveyance from their permanent site to variable site. They should not claim conveyance expenses from their home or nearest railway station.
2. Food allowance during overtime for O&M staff is as per their earlier structure decided by company.
3. O & M staff will get mobile expenses Rs.150/- only (per month).
