OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

The Ranch is a 2,200 square meter shipping container style food park located in Marilao, Bulacan. With
an estimated capacity of over 450 persons, The Ranch aims to give a unique food experience to Bulacan
community. This food park is also family oriented, with specially designated sections for families, while
drinking and late-night customers have their own areas. The ranch also features a play area for children
and KTV rooms that double as small function rooms (price starts at P300). During weekends, live bands
perform at the food park to bring good vibes to its customers.

ANALYSIS

1.What are the strengths of the company when it comes to hospitality enterprise?

 The popularity of Food parks started to pop out everywhere.but who would believe that
the trend has reached a place beyond the metro -- Bulacan? Yes, just this August
2017, The Ranch Food Park opened its doors to food enthusiasts, or more commonly
known as foodies. Bulaqueños and even those from other cities are thrilled to try out
something new.
2.What are the weaknesses of the company when it comes to hospitality enterprise?

 Since the Food Parks are very popular around the place of Bulacan, Food Parks are built in many
other locations like the Zapro Bistro – Balagtas, Bulacan and Tipanan Food Park – Bocaue, Bulakan.
