    KEYSTONE 100 Day Sprint

    2019-2020

    Goal: To increase the number of students proficient on Interims 1 and 2 by 5% from the 2018-19 school year in both ELA (55%
    and 57%) and math (48% and 51%) through personalized instruction (workshop).

    Classroom Framework-Teaching: Personalized Instruction


    Teachers uses preplanned corrections and extensions in a whole group, small group and individualized setting, to address deficit,
    grade level or advanced learning needs.

    August PD. The presentation will include the
    “why.”

    Provide three Early Release days for teachers to All Staff October 31, December 6, 2019-20 School Calendar
    complete Steps 1-3 (Backwards Planning, and February 14
    Analyze Results, and Workshop Planning) in the
    Data Dig process.

    Deans will monitor Step 4 (Workshop Deans 3rd week of every month Observation Notes
    Implementation) of the Data Dig process (November 2019-May 2020)
    through observations.
