    KEYSTONE’S 100 Day Plan Sprint #2

    2020-2021

    Goal: To increase the overall number of students proficient from Interims 1 to 2 by 5% in all subjects through personalized instruction
    (workshop).

    Classroom Framework: Teaching: Personalized Instruction


    Teachers uses preplanned corrections and extensions in a whole group, small group, and individualized setting to address deficit,
    grade level, and advanced learning needs.

    personalized instruction (workshop) to staff at
    Regional PD (November 2). The presentation
    will include the “why.”

    Schedule monthly Data Driven Instruction Principal and Early Release (February 26) 2020-21 School Calendar and
    meetings and an Early Release day for Deans and monthly (DDI) Meeting and Events calendar
    teachers to complete Steps 1-3 (Backwards
    Planning, Analyze Results, and Workshop
    Planning) in the Data Dig process.

    Deans will monitor Step 4 (Workshop Deans 3rd week of every month Observation Notes and
    Implementation) of the Data Dig process (November 2020-May 2020) Interactive Classroom
