11-FORTITUDE
Scenario: Philippines is one of the developing country in the world. So there are still a lot of

problem that our country faces such us, traffic, drugs, corruption, child abuse, inflation, crimes

and especially drugs. Our president Rodrigo Roa Duterte makes another joke that he is using

marijuana to lessen his annoyance. So our fellow countrymen surprised with this statement. In

line with this senator Tito Sotto and other senator are debating if they can use marijuana for

medical purposes.

According to researchers cannabis or marijuana has a lot of health benefits and it can cure

sickness such as cancer, Positive status for HIV or AIDS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS),

Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Damage, Epilepsy, Inflammatory bowel

disease, Neuropathy, Chronic pain as defined by 10 NYCRR §1004.2(a)(8)(xi), Post-traumatic

stress disorder, Huntington’s disease.

Our group suggested that marijuana or cannabis is a best way to cure diseases. The

only problem is on how the government will handle or prevent those people who will misuse the

cannabis, so as a student We suggests that before implementing this bill we have to plan first on

how we can solve the problems regarding medical marijuana. One of our suggestions is we can

build a facility to plant and secure the only source or cannabis in our country for medical

purposes.

As a conclusion all of the natural sources that God created can help us to improved

our daily living We only need to find ways to use it in good and efficient way.
