Hello, Love, Goodbye

One of our distinct characteristic as Filipino is the sense that we’re family oriented.
We can do anything just to provide the needs and wants of the family, that’s why
sometimes we give up our dream just to sustain what they are dreaming. One of our fellow
Filipinos way to do this is going abroad to work as a domestic helper, because they
believe that there is a lot of opportunity that are waiting on them when they go abroad
than staying here in the Philippines. Occasionally, we encountered a situation when we
have to choose between love and our dream. Maybe, some of us will choose love it’s
because we listen to what our heart is saying without realizing the consequences that
might happen and sometimes we choose our dream because we have our family to arise
from the snare of poverty.
Aside from the story that is very relatable to us Filipinos, there are some reasons
why this movie becomes a blockbuster and here are my observation and evaluation to
the movie that’s give an impact to the audiences.
First, the Cast. The main actor and actress of this movie is undeniable popular in
the showbiz industry who has a big fan base here and abroad. Moreover, there acting
skills is unquestionable fantastic.
Second, the Director. Direct Cathy Garcia Molina is proven as one of the greatest
Filipino director of all time and though we don’t have watch the movie yet we already
sense that this movie is a high caliber because of the director.
Third, the Cinematography. It helps the story to be told as easily because of the
different composition, lightning and the camera movement that is perfect to the movie.
Fourth, the Scenery. The scenery helps the movie to be more attractive and
appealing to our eyes. It help us to sense what is being to be on that situation.
Fifth, the trailer. Though this is just an overview of the movie the audience
triggered to watch the movie because of the dialogues and lines that is being used by the
cast like “kung mahal mo ako bakit hindi ako ang piliin mo Joy. Kung mahal mo ako bakit
pinapalipi mo ako”.
Sixth, the Social media. In just a couple of days this movie trailer becomes
trending in different social media platform like Facebook, Twitter YouTube etc. that gives
an appropriate exposure to make it popular to the audiences.
Overall if we are going to combined all of this ingredients I do believe that it will
end up into a successful and blockbuster movie just like what Hello, love, Goodbye have
done.
