24/7 support with maximum 30 minutes TAT for issues and request
Server reinstallation TAT is 8 hours ( Remote)
Monthly health check up activity for the server
Every month new patches we will update in server.
Backup activity on every month
Dedicate support Engineer for your organization
Voice Logger also we can provide as an add on feature
If you need Engineer on site for any purpose like training, you have to pay Rs. 4000/- per day for the same.
