lot of difficulties. At first I just took it for granted, underestimated the task because I assumed it
was a simple work that could be accomplished right away. But I was really wrong! It took me
almost two weeks to accomplish it because I had to scan again the module, read it again and
again, pondered important points, assessed my own strengths and weaknesses and then
organized my thoughts before I started working on it. I thought my difficulty ended there, but I
was wrong again because as I kept on working my plan, I encountered more struggles and
realizations.
Further, reflecting and pondering on the seven (7) literacies that a 21st century teacher
must have, made me realized that I am obliged and responsible of helping myself, to keep on
upgrading my technical skills so that my learners would not be deprived to learn up-to-date and
relevant life-long learning competencies. I have to be versatile, flexible and more than willing to
attend the different needs of my learners as a competent and productive instructional leader. So,
when I supplemented all the data needed in every columns of my PLLP, I almost drained my
mind because I have to see to it that my plan is pro-active, workable and manageable. All
aspects of my plan have to be scrutinized well so that each feature would best represent my
needs particularly on how it would be worked-out. Lastly, my PERSONAL LIFELONG LEARNING
PLAN has been designed to be flexible so that it will always complement and address the needs
of 21st century teachers.
