Crafting this Professional Development Plan was never easy. It took me hours to assess myself and ponder on the things or
aspects where I need to develop the most to better serve my clientele- the learners. I reviewed the skills and competencies that I need
to focus with to uplift my teaching capacity. Then, as I think of the professional interventions that I need in order to address the gap or
challenges that prevents me to becoming a "good teacher", realization came flooding my mind that if I want to improve in my craft, I
will never stop learning. In order to equip myself with the needed competencies then I must update myself from time to time. There
would be no other ways for me to develop myself except by pursuing another set of educational journey. It could be as simple as
attending LAC Sessions or enrolling to a higher degree. These are the interventions that I need to acquaint myself with so I will not be
lagged behind in the 21st century learning arena. These Interventions are pretty much imperative so I can deliver quality education to
my learners.

On a much brighter note, this plan serve as my guide towards self-growth and professional development. It will serve as my
anchor that will prevent me from drifting in the ocean of traditional ways of teaching-learning process. This will serve as a constant
reminder that I am a teacher and it is my responsibility to upgrade, update and equip myself with the current trends, strategies and
techniques that suits my learners in the 21st century.
