    What: Buffet for Environment
    Why: Filipinos love to eat. Also, our environment needs
    help for we people recreate it and live much safer
    with clean air. That’s why proceeds of this event
    will go to a project of tree planting with the
    participation of the different college/departments
    of Pangasinan State University

    Who: Open for all faculties, staff and students of PSU.


    300 is the target guest of the event.

    Where: The venue must be inside of the PSU Campus that


    can accommodate 300 guests and tables and
    chairs can be set up.
    Options: PSU Path walk
    PSU Convention Hall

    When: The buffet will start at 11:00am to 3:00pm on


    October 15, 2019

    How much: P120,000.00 with the following breakdown:


    P290.00 x 310 PAX (With 10% contingency)
    P89,000.00 for FOOD and VENUE
    P30,100.00 for SOUND SYSTEM, TICKETS,
    SOUVENIRS, TABLES & CHAIRS, DECORATIONS
    and MISCELLANOUS.
