    Findings
    2 membranes found damage in upper pressure tube
    5 membranes of lower tube are not working ( >4 year old)

    Identification of Root Cause


    Membranes are not working due to over life >2.5 -3 years nad other 2 are broken due to pressure
    hold at the time of operation of RO plant

    Corrective Action
    Descaling of lower tube is done
    Descaling of other membranes are done and finaly there is no success
