I work in various departments; I help run assembly lines slicing and packaging the
meat making sure containers are sealed and labeled correctly, insure packages
stack correctly into boxes and load boxes onto pallets and wrap them getting them
ready to be shipped or stored. Move product and supplies between floors using
mules and pallets jacks. Wash and rinse bins lifting them with hydrualic pump and
using hoses and industrial cleaner taking bins to unload room using when needed,
then filling them with product and weighing and creating sap labels for products
moving them to coolers or to shipping. Full sanitation cleaning sweeping and then
wearing full PPE attire and washing down rooms, hallways, walls, machines, and
floors depending what needed cleaned. Use forktruck or powered mule to move
stacks of cardboard and trash to compactor room. Use forktruck to also empty
inedible product and run through auger into bins then loading them onto semis for
shipping.

Scan and load packages assigned to trailers stacking them in efficently and
organized maintaining a good pace and assisting others when needed. Unload
trucks putting boxes and objects onto belts to be sorted and sent to loading dock
