What’s one thing did you learn from BOLTS that everyone in JMA
needs to know?
When we are given unexpected challenges, we need to accept it and face it
together as a team. We should not complain but rather hustle to
accomplish our goal. We are able to complete a task because of teamwork
and by accepting our differences and flaws.
What’s one thing will you do differently after participating in the
activity?
To fully accept whatever challenges that comes in my way no matter how
inconvenient.
How interesting was the topic to you?
Quite interesting since this tests our leadership skills and the value of
teamwork.
What did you find most helpful about this continuing education
activity?
The fact that the activity has no filters (since it is unexpected) and it really
brings out the characters of each individual that will be able to asses their
leadership skills.
What is least valuable about the BOLTS?
Time
What is most valuable about the BOLTS?
What makes it valuable is that it allows us to see the different characters of
our teammates and learn how to work with it. In BOLTS, we are able to
accomplish our goals as a team when we kept our focus and not let
anything get the best of us. This is valuable since we will be a team for the
rest of the academic year, and this will affect the stake of JMA.
