Appointment Setter VA Daily Actions

Linkedin Daily Actions

● Check messages received and respond. Move people to the next stage of your process.
You are not selling anything over messages. Move them to a call/zoom meeting etc.
● Share 3 posts and leave 3 comments on posts by potential clients. Do not overthink this.
Keep the comments simple.
● Like 10 posts from your ideal clients.
● Send 50-70 connection requests to your ideal clients.
● Check new connections and send them your outreach message (minimum of 20).
● Endorse the top 3 skills of everyone you send a message.
● Send a reminder to anyone who has a meeting booked today reminding of the time and
format of the meeting (zoom/skype/phone call).
● On Mondays send follow-up messages to anyone who hasn’t responded and it has been
at least 3 days since you sent the original message.
● Once a week add an offer/testimonial post to your feed.

These are the daily actions that will be done for every working day in the month.

Facebook Daily Actions


● Leave 2-3 comments on relevant posts in Facebook groups (in your niche). This cannot
be pushy. Just try and give your opinion and let people know what you do whilst doing
so. So if one of your prospects asks how to get clients, you might say: “I think Facebook
ads are the absolute best way to get clients in 2021. We’ve been helping people get 6-8
new clients a month on a $500 ad spend! Drop me a dm to find out how.” People will
respond to you.
● Try and join FB groups related to your niche.
● Send a friend’s request to 50-60 people a day on Facebook (your prospects).
● Send the outreach message to any prospect who has accepted your friend’s request
(should be 20-30).
● Like and comment on 5 posts from your prospects.
● Send a follow-up message to anyone who hasn’t responded and it has been at least 3
days since you sent the original message.
● Once a week add an offer/testimonial post to your feed.

These are the daily actions that will be done for every working day in the month.

Instagram Daily Actions


● Respond to any messages received.
● Find your ideal client on Instagram by searching for hashtags they might use.
● Follow them and like their 3 most recent photos.
● Send them a personalised outreach message.
● Leave a comment on the most recent photo. Something like: Great work! Check your
DMs.
● Do this for 40 people (you might have to do this from more than one account).
● Find the top 10 posts for 5 relevant hashtags.
● Leave a comment on all the posts. Keep it simple, eg: “Great work! Are you currently
using any paid advertising to get new customers?”
● Create some images related to your niche and post on your feed (minimum of 1 a day).
● Make sure you use relevant hashtags for your niche.
● Send follow-up messages to anyone who hasn’t responded after 3 days.

These are the daily actions that will be done for every working day in the month.

Send a daily loom report of what has been done throughout the day.

This checklist is to be used as an example to demonstrate what one of our VAs could do for
you. You might have different requirements and we can work according to those.

Our appointment setters can use their own profiles or you can provide the accounts for them to
carry out their duties.
They work full-time (40 hours a week) according to your timezone. Their salary is approximately
$295 per month (works out to be around $1.50 per hour).
