Organic Playbook

Remember: Consistency and patience is the recipe for success.

Groups
・ 3 to 5 Group posts per week
・ 5 comments on other people’s group posts per day
・ Send friend requests to anyone who likes or comments on your posts or
comments. (add at least 10 friends per day)
・ DO NOT post the same post in multiple groups on the same day. It looks
spammy and can get you blocked by Facebook.
Personal Profile
・ 10 to 15 personal profile posts in week 1 to ‘prime’ your profile.
・ 1 to 2 personal profile posts per day after week 1.
・ Every 3rd-4th personal profile post a CTA with your schedule link.
・ Be sure to check that your Facebook profile settings are set to public.
Otherwise, only your friends will see your content, which will affect your
consistent opportunity volume.
Messenger
・ Initiate a conversation with at least ten people per day that have accepted
your friend request. Have a REAL conversation. It’s not about just getting them
on the phone.
・ Give yourself 30-60 seconds to look at the individual’s profile to find one point
of rapport to initiate the conversation (i.e. travel pics, their cover photo, they
work out, etc).
・ Do not message them until they have accepted your friend request,
otherwise your message will be pushed to a filtered folder and they may not
see it.

Purpose
・ If you’re doing posts solely to get Strategy Sessions, then you’re doing it for the wrong
reason and consequently will prolong your results → Post organic because it’s the right
thing to do; because you want to help set people free.

Formula for Success


・ Quality + Quantity + Consistency
・ Quality = transformational leadership posts
・ Quantity = example: 20 unique posts in 1 week vs. 1 month
・ Consistency = on-going, not just “once and done” >>> you are planting seeds
that may bear fruit in 1 week, 1 month, 3 months+
・ 99% of people QUIT when things get hard or don’t happen as quickly as they
expected… Be the 1% who is here for the long game.

Transformation vs. Information


・ Posts should be transformational (giving them a new perspective), rather than
informational (giving them new tips)
・ Education doesn’t help people feel the pain that will move them to take the
action they need to take

Future Pacing
・ Posts should inspire people to have a different result than what they are
experiencing right now
・ Use your organic posts to paint a picture on your profile of what is possible for
your prospects

Power of Story
・ Sharing stories (from your own life, clients, etc.) uncovers things about your
prospect that they couldn’t uncover on their own, creating those perspective
shifts
・ Story creates greater trust and connection with you

What to Post
・ Your avatar is a holistic person, so you can speak to the lifecycle of your
avatar (not just one part of them).

People, Not Robots


・ Remember when you post you are starting relationships with real people, so
talk to and treat them as you would in-person.

Polarizing
・ Write posts that polarize people, so you are getting your ideal avatar raising
their hand (engaging) and turning away everyone else
・ Use your copy/messaging to speak to the specific struggles of the people
who you want to serve (their pains/desires are different from people at an
earlier or later stage)

The Organic Journey according to Andrew

Organic is kinda like your journey through life. There’s 3 primary stages.
CHILD —> TEENS —> ADULT
Most of you jump to ADULT based on what you see around you... or from people
here... even from peers.
Some of you can jump to TEENS based on your biz level.

But really, you gotta have the self-awareness to realise where you are, plan, then
take the next step(s).
So with that said, this post should take you less than 3-4 minutes to read. Plug
yourself into your step and follow it until your fingers develop calluses.
Let’s go over the phases:
👶 [CHILD]:
Nobody knows who you are. Even if they do, they don’t really know what you do.
Maybe you’ve barely even got a client. Maybe this is all just an idea.
You gloriously arrived into CK and got blessed with direction and an offer (the
golden keys, seriously).
1. Demonstrate Yourself:
🍀 Demonstrate portions of your offer - (if you’re in sales… give some value away and
show how your script/wording/framework making enrolment easy).
Take a look at your offer, drill it back, demonstrate it.
Repeat for multiple steps.
🍀 Demonstrate processes of your offer - Is there a logical framework to your offer
(there should be if you jumped on call with us).
Demonstrate to your market how this framework walks them from A —> Goals.
Position it against competition. Position it against what they classically do. Position it
against bad practices.
🍀 Demonstrate your wins - (First) client / practice successes, tests and much, much
more. (If you’re a media buyer, show the results, demonstrate it, then put it in your
audiences lives).
Future pace their success through demonstration.
Repeat per client.
Repeat per success.
Repeat per offer portion.
2. Prove Yourself:
Same as above except:
🍀 Prove results of your offer.
🍀 Prove processes then position against competition.
🍀 Prove wins. (Future pace results for the rest of your market.
3. Force Engage It All:

Same as above except you force engage (ask for action), like:
🍀 Giving away portions of your offer
🍀 Giving away portions of your processes
🍀 Giving away any sneaky new findings you have
🍀 Giving away and tips n' tricks you find… wrapping it up into insider secrets, black
books or market insights.
Repeat ad infinitum.
Now we're into the terrible...
🧑👧 [TEENS]:
Continue everything from [CHILD]…
But we’ll showboat a little.
You should have:
>> Client results
>> Client testimonials
>> Clients willing to take calls.
Now we demonstrate these to our market. You could also prove them to your
market.
But note: It's less about us, and more about what *other* people say about us, our
process, and our results. (Social proof out the wazoo).
Continue the strongest elements from [CHILD] and mix it up. (Force engage, make
offers, prove).
Then, life passed us by in a flash and we're a fully grown...
🧓👵 [ADULT]:
We're using:
Occasional goodness from [CHILD]
Frequent goodness from [TEENs].
But really, ADULT is thought leadership and how your processes are top of market.
You can feel the blades of grass indicating a hurricane.
You can see the rising tide swarming a tsunami.
>> Prove it.
>> Preach it.

>> Predict it.
>> Paradigm it.
You get me. Everything from [Teenage] in combination with the wins indicating you
and your method(s), are King/Queen.
And when you get bored with all of this, we can develop a framework to take
everything, reposition it all and repeat it 7 ways to Sunday...
… or just pay someone to do it.
