High Ticket Offer Validation Worksheet

Remember, more content does NOT equal more value. In fact, with most cases less is actually more valuable
as it’s easier for your prospects to comprehend.

Your clients need clarity and results so strip away everything in your offer that doesn’t offer the quickest path to
their result. For coaching offers, question #4 should be used to put together an 12-16 week program. For “done
for you” service providers, just list out everything you’re going to do for somebody to help them achieve their
desired result.

1. Describe your client’s current situation

Has tried numerous fitness programs but never really gotten the result that they want. They are sick and tired
of trying to do everything on their own and really need to get help on what it is they actually need to do.

2. What is the cost of them staying where they are? (Financially, emotionally, time, etc)

Can end up spending more money guessing than if they just are given the path the first time.
Emotionally they run the risk of being made fun of and going into depression.
They can never get the time back they lose trying to find the answers.

3. What is the number ONE most important thing they want to accomplish in their life (or business, if
your client is more B2B)?

For business - they want to make more money so they can have more time freedom and be able to travel the
world.

For fitness - they want to lose weight and never deal with hiring or paying for fitness help again.

4. What are the 5 necessary steps you’ll walk them through that will get them to THEIR finish line?
(these are the core elements that will become your offer).

For example:

1. Teach them how to eat properly

2. Teach them how to train properly
3. Teach them how to be accountable and have a system in place
4. Teach them simple ways on how to eat and cook properly

5. What is it worth to them to get their desired results?

A lot of people say anything.

Their kids and their health are in jeopardy and they need a fix now.

6. What can you charge fairly (yet still high priced) for this offer?

2500-3200+ for 4 months.

I have seen as high as 5800 and i’ve gotten deals at that rate myself.

But 2500-3200 is usually the sweet spot.

7. In one sentence, describe what you do for your clients in a way that makes sense :-)

I teach clients how to eat and train however they want without sabotaging results.

8. What ‘sacred cows’ do you kill? What industry problems or practices do you stand against?

I don’t make clients restrict sugar or certain foods. I let them eat what they enjoy while simultaneously
getting results.
