Straighten cable end for about

Cut off cable’s out jacket for 20~30mm 200mm.
by knife.
1 切断前将电缆端部 200mm 拉
用小刀去掉 20~30mm 的外皮 直

Second corrugation bottom

Slide cutting gauge onto cable end until

stop, then put clamp ring into the cable’s The clamp ring is a part of
second corrugation bottom.

将切线规放入电缆端，然后将卡环装入 卡环为接头零件
第二个波谷。

Draw cutting gauge outwards until clamp

ring completely seated and stop.

向外拉切线规到止动位。

Cut cable according to Figure by hacksaw

while pushing cutting gauge outwards.
4 向外推切线规，同时用钢锯从导向槽将
电缆端切断。
 Draw cutting gauge backwards, then take
out clamp ring by screwdriver from
cable’s corrugation bottom.

向后拉切线规以便露出卡环，用螺丝刀
将卡环取出。

Strip cable’s outer jacket according to Fig Push and Rotate the stripping
by stripping tool.
6 tool until cable’s out jacket is
使用剥线工具切除电缆端部外皮。 cut off.

Continuously rotate stripping tool 2~3

loops to cut cable end smooth.

轻转剥线器 2~3 圈修平电缆端

Proper stripping dimension.

8 正确的剥线尺寸如图示。
Compare cable end with stripping tool’s
22mm gauge to make sure that the stripping
dimension is correct.
比较电缆端部与剥线器标线，以确认剥
线尺寸正确。

Flare cable’s out conductor by flaring tool

after slide connector’s back nut onto
cable.
9 将接头后螺母装入电缆后，用扩口工具
对电缆外导体进行扩口。
