    Sir/Madam;
    The Villareal 1 Central Elementary School, in its mission to continuously improve
    and enhance its services of providing quality and equitable education to its stakeholders,
    will be forming and creating its School Planning Team. Said team will be the core focal
    group who will assess, plan, and implement projects that will address the school’s issues
    and problems for the next three years. The school planning team is tasked to be
    convening on Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, at the DLRC in Villareal 1 Cental Elem. School,
    Villareal, Samar.
    In accordance thereof, the VCES1 would like to invite you to be a part of the School
    Planning Team, and be partners with us in seeking out ways to improve and further
    develop the school into an even greater learning institution.
    We are looking forward to working hand in hand with you. Thank you so much and
