Direction: Usually a historical movie is a little boring, but in “The King’s Speech” the director was able to

make the story fluid and flowing, so the spectator would be catched by the film.

• Screenplay: The actor were awesome! Colin Firth (King George VI “Beartie”) was very credible,
because it isn’t easy acting while stamming and be able to communicate emotions to the spectator. Also
all the others were fit in their role as well, like Geoffrey Rush (Lioinel Logue) that we want remember for
his really impressive interpretation.

• Apparel and Cinematography: the movie is set in England and the story takes place in 1925. We think
that both the settings and the apparel are pertinent to the settings in place and time.

• Soundtrack: Each song is very nice and appropriate to each moment of the story. The movie
soundtrack is able to involve the spectator, provoking the same emotions as the characters. All these
factors give a sense of epic character to the film.
