Job description

Bachus Group is a vibrant and dynamic hospitality company that operates a variety of unique and
award-winning bars, restaurants and clubs across Northern Ireland and England. Within the greater
Belfast, the Group is responsible for The Albany, Miel et Moi, The Points, An Sibin, Filthy McNasty’s,
Sweet Afton, The Perch, Rita’s and Tutti Frutti. Our vision is to bring people together and to provide
them with memorable experiences.

As the Bachus Group enters the busy final quarter of the year, we are seeking a conscientious
administrator to act as our Christmas Co-ordinator across the Bachus Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

 Handling phone call enquiries in a professional and helpful manner


 Handling and responding to email enquiries pertaining to bookings in a timely fashion
 Handling and responding to Facebook enquiries pertaining to bookings in a timely fashion
 Handling of deposit payments for Christmas bookings
 Liaising with management to ensure bookings and enquiries are handled seamlessly
 Entering bookings into reservation systems

The ideal candidate will have a helpful and personable manner, be highly organised and have strong
IT skills. Previously hospitality experience and administrative experience will place applicants at an
advantage for this role.

This is a seasonal role with an immediate start, which will extend to January 2020.
