NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st February, 2014
S.O. 302(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Pension Fund
Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of
2013), the Central Government hereby appoints 1st day of
February, 2014 as the date on which all the provisions of
the said Act, shall come into force.
