Working collectively is better

There are different types of personalities, and different types of jobs. That is
to say, people who work individually in jobs where they have to be in front of a screen
without talking to anyone, and others who have to talk to others to develop any task.
To my mind, I prefer to work in jobs where there is a more social setting, because
the social setting is very beneficial for the construction and strengthening of
interpersonal ties.

First of all, working with others can be seen as an advantage because it allows
to achieve bigger goals than working on their own. For example, in academic
processes such as the accreditation of a program or the modification of a curriculum,
the experience of several experts from different fields is required.

Second of all, when one works in groups, one can build good relationships
with people that are going to be beneficial later on. We always need people, and
people always need us. For example, if you are working in an office and do not know
how to use any program or do something, you can have the help of a colleague.

To conclude, many people work differently, some in groups and some

individually. However, I like to work with others since I can achieve bigger projects,
and I can get help in different situations.
