I. Introduction- thesis statement: There is the causes of flood. First, the rivers that become
shallow due to garbage disposal carried out by the surrounding commurity. Shallow rivers cause
overtlows to settlements during heavy rains. Land destruction as happened in several areas,
there were many flood events and because of the destruction of the land for illegal mining, Land
that should be a water barrier becomes eroded and causes flooding. Forests are very important
functions as water catchment areas, storing rain water and then flowing to humans through the
form of ground water. When forests are continuously cut down illegally it will cause flooding. So
be care full if you do this floods occur.
