Introduction:

Out of School Youth (OSY) is one of the problem of decreasing

number or rate of students who are greatly influence by many reasons (et.,al

financial, influencial friend, cyber, lack of time, lack of interest, and no study

habits). Technically, Out of School Youth (OSY) also problem of finding a job

and the developmental progress of society, lead these problem. Out of

School is an hindrances in life to stop dreaming and stop finding the future

of one’s, consider it as a minute problem. No matter hard out of school now,

“Don’t loss hope”. But there’s an organizations that help Out of School Youth

to continuing what they started. Organization which lead and change life to

the Out of School Youth the Alternative Leaning System.

Presentation and Analysis:

Out of School Youth specifically in Brgy. San Jose, Catubig

conducted study to determine the number of Out of School Youth (OSY)

which is one of the problem in developmental progression of one society.

This problem Out of School studied and conducted to find the possible

solution to encourage Out of School Youth (OSY). There are many

organizations that can help Out of School Youth (OSY) continuing their

study, organization which lead and change their life the Alternative Learning

System (ALS). Alternative Learning System (ALS) is a form of educational

system for the people who stopped what they have started entering in school.

Additionally, Alternative Learning System (ALS) is one of the best solution to

the Out of School Youth to back their courage and confident in school like

when they are in the beginning of level. Through this, it greatly enhance the

.ability of person inferential, critical and cognitive.

Conclusion:

In my conclusion, I conclude that, if the students are willing to give

importance about education he/she will achieve the highest level of

education. And I further conclude that, if the student are have the intension

of interest in school he/she will do everything. I furtherly conclude that,

parents has the greatest responsibility to guide their children to back their

interest in school. Additionally, parent and teacher help each other to

encourage out of school youth.

Insight and Realization:

In my insight and realization about Aiternative Learning System

(ALS) it is very helpful to the Out of School Youth for their own benefits and

for the societal progression but if a person don’t have the the intention and

willingness about interest in school person will not achieve the needs and

wants of individual.
