implementation of the project entrusted to us. The attached draft Project Schedule
sets out the activity and review timelines that we have agreed to. This document will Body 1
serve as a guideline for all future discussion. Should you feel the need to make any
alterations in this document based on ABC’s existing schedules, please let us know
immediately. We will be happy to meet and finalise this matter.
Mr. Joydeep Mehta, Senior HR Consultant has been identified as Project Manager for
this effort. Mr. Mehta is an experienced HR professional and has managed similar
projects for XYZ & Company in the past. His CV is attached for your reference. Mr.

Mehta will call you on Tuesday July 31, to fix a suitable meeting with you as well as
the ABC Project Team. We ask for your support in this matter.
I will be actively involved in all facets of this project, and will attend all review or
other critical meetings to ensure that we provide you with the best possible customer Body 3
