password is your birthdate in the format 'YYMMDD'. Please note that incomplete applications cannot be
assessed and will be withdrawn.

Note, After Uploading:

In terms of the University's admission requirements applicants are required to submit originally certified
hard copies of all academic qualifications (except final grade 11 results) to the Student Enrolment
Centre. These can be hand delivered or couriered to the Student Enrolment Centre, Ground Floor,
Solomon Mahlangu House, 1 Jan Smuts Avenue, Braamfontein. Photocopies of certified documents are
not accepted.
