Job Title: Quality Assurance-HSE

Reports to (job): Country Manager - HSE

Job Summary:

• Perform audits / assessments as and when assigned in accordance to Client and BV

guidelines.

Interrelationships:

• Communicate with Supervisor, Trainer or Manager for any enquiry and technical support.
• Communicate with coordinator or Supervisor for any non-technical issues e.g.
scheduling.
• Communicate with report reviewer for final report submission.
• Communicate with Client Service Manager/Officer if required.

Job Responsibility & Accountability :

Documentation, implementation and maintenance of Laboratory’s, Quality System as

per ISO/IEC-17025 2005 (E) & ISO 9001 and BV Internal Requirements.
Arranging the management review meeting.
Issue and control of Quality System documents.
Create and maintain the internal audit schedule and ensures all internal audits are carried
out according to the schedule, are effective, and follow-up actions are appropriate and
effective.
Provide Training for Quality System.
Ensure that all CARs and PARs are completed in a timely manner following a problem
solving techniques.
Making familiar with all Quality Manual Requirement.
Responsible to act independently and to raise issues to the appropriate level
Ensure QC checks.
Test Method Control – Requisition intake, check for availability, Quotation Receiving,
Indent Raising and controlling.
Other responsibilities as mentioned in the Quality Management System
Any other responsibilities / Jobs assigned by QHSE Sr. Manager
Required Skills & Qualification:

Graduate level of science or engineering discipline

Minimum of 2to 4 years job related experience (Operations & Support functions)
Computer skills
Advanced English language skills + one other language
Good Presentation and communication skills
A proactive facilitator / excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Highly developed analytical skills gained through business management or consultancy
experience
Pragmatic and entrepreneurial in attitude, focused on delivering results, achieved
through “ team work” collaborative delivery ideally gained in a multicultural
environment
Working with the local Management Team, the individual will need to demonstrate
natural authority and the ability to make things happen
Attended and passed the examinations for Implementation / Internal audit to ISO 14001
& OHSAS 18001 Implementation / Internal audit course with external training bodies
(such as BSI)
