CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS : INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM ADVISOR RN - Achieve

REMINDER TO CANDIDATES:
1 To ensure smooth processing of your application, you should follow instructions carefully and submit the required documents on or before the deadline given to you.
You should submit CLEAR SCANNED copies PER DOCUMENT in PDF format thru email to your IPA.
2 Communication protocol. Always keep your lines for communication open with your Health Carousel. Address all queries and questions about your application to
your IPA.
3 IELTS. Review intensively for IELTS right after signing and as prescribed by Health Carousel until you take the IELTS. Maximize the use of the free IELTS online
preparation programs that Health Carousel will provide you.
4 Hospital / Bedside work. Start ASAP or continue to work in a hospital setting, performing bedside patient care to keep your clinical skills current. You should
complete at least two shifts a week with a minimum of 20 hours. This will also help you adapt better when you start your work in the United States. Volunteer work is
acceptable.
5 While VISA is being filed. You should be financially prepared to spend for their medical and required exams/vaccines/titers/trainings. These are requirements for
embassy interview and issuance of embassy letter.
6 Learn how to drive and obtain a driver's license (if you do not know and have yet). In the US, public transportation is unreliable. Therefore, you will be expected
to drive within 24 hours of your arrival in the U.S. If you are not comfortable driving, we recommend taking driving lessons and practicing as much as possible. Start
practicing now, so you’ll be ready once you’re in the U.S.
7 Maintain expiring documents ACTIVE always and renew when needed.
 Maintain an active PRC and US License.  Maintain a valid passport and renew ASAP if expiring in 1 year or less.
8 While VISA is being filed. You should be financially prepared to spend for their medical and required exams/vaccines/titers/trainings. These are requirements for
embassy interview and issuance of embassy letter.
9 Candidates should be open to any type of facility and any state.
