Job Title: Project Officer

Location: IRM-Islamabad
Position reports to: Senior Programme Manager

Major Responsibilities:

 To develop projects reports on weekly/monthly basis.

 Attend weekly, monthly meeting within organization.
 Coordinate with Team leaders of the ongoing projects as per guideline of supervisor.
 Field visits to monitor and support project activities.
 Provide input to supervisor regarding projects performance and status.
 Assist supervisor to develop proposals.
 Share project updates and knowledge with donors, organization and stakeholders.
 Identify projects related problems and risks and can carry-out problem-solve processes to ensure
achievement of project objectives.
 Carry-out field visits for monitoring of activities and to ensure compliance as per project documents.
 Manage to collect and maintain authenticated data.
 Assist in material development.
 Keep record of important documents, manuals, modules and secure and maintain it within the support of ICT
section.
 Directly report to supervisor.
 Any-other task assigned by CEO or supervisor.

Job Requirements:

 Master degree in relevant field.

 Working knowledge of computers and software’s (MS Word, MS Excel) is must.
 Good writing and verbal communication skills in English.
 3-5 years’ relevant experience preferably in International organization.
 Confident and able to communicate with seniors and donors.
