    Ballast and sleepers have been placed on the track and bridge

    section. Holes have been dug and cement work was being
    done for installation of poles. Another bridge work is in
    Chigicherla-Zangalapalle 9 9 progress
    Earth work has been done & bridge work has been
    completed. Ballast has been spread uniformly across the
    leveled land. However, there is no sign of any electrification
    work. At few places, sleepers have been placed and ballast
    was being dumped on to the alignment. One major & small
    bridge work is yet to be started. New PF & two storeyed
    Zangalapalle-Prasannayapalli 9 9 railway station building is coming up in Zangalapalle
    Not much progress is seen from Prasannayapalli till ATP
    Outer. Just before a few kms of Prasannayapalli, earth
    levelling has been done. New PF & two storeyed railway
    Prasannayapalli-Anatapur 4 4 station building is coming up in Prasannayapalli
    Anantapur-Taticherla 4 4 Earthwork complete.
    Taticherla-Garladinne 8 8 Earthwork complete.
    Garladinne-Kalluru 9 9 Bridge construction on Pennar river in progress
    Kalluru-Pamidi 8 8 Earthwork complete.
    Pamidi-Ramarjupalli 7 7 Earthwork complete.
    Ramarjupalli-Turkapalli 5 5 Earthwork complete.
    Turkapalli-Gooty 9 9 Earthwork complete.
    Kalluru-Khaderpet 8 8
