Subject Workshop on the Curriculum Enhancement for the K to 6

Additional Curriculum Content for Learners with Visual and
Hearing Impairment

The Department of Education (DepEd) through the Bureau of Curriculum

Development, Special Curricular Programs Division, will conduct the Workshop on
the Curriculum Enhancement for the K to 6 Additional Curriculum Content for
Learners with Visual and Hearing Impairmenton August 6-9, 2019 at Red Hotel
Cubao, 627 EDSA Cubao, Quezon City.
The workshop aims to enhance the K to 6 Additional Curriculum Content for
Learners with Visual and Hearing Impairment.

The Program of Activities and list of official participants for this workshop are
provided in Annex A for reference. Hence, the expected participantsof the said
workshop must be content experts and practitionersin the field of visual and hearing
impairment.Participants are asked to bring their own laptops, extension cords and
other pertinent documents needed in the activity.

All expenses relative to the conduct of the workshop including board and lodging,
supplies and materials, and other incidental expenses shall be charged against 2019
BCD BEC funds. Travelling expenses of participants were downloadedto their
respective regions subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.

The participants are expected to be at the venue at 11 AM on August 6, 2019 with

AM Snacks as the first meal. The opening program will start at 1:00 PM on the same
day. The last meal will be PM snacks on August 9, 2019.
