KASUS

Seorang wanita berusia 22 tahun menderita sakit kepala sebelah (migrain). Sebagai obat
pereda nyeri kepalanya dokter meresepkan aspirin, namun, pasien tersebut mengatakan
bahwa sebelumnya dia telah mengkonsumsi ibuprofen.

PERTANYAAN

Apakah penggunaan ibuprofen pada penderita sakit kepala sebelah (migrain) lebih efektif
meredakan sakit kepala dibanding dengan penggunaan aspirin?

PICO

Population : Penderita sakit kepala sebelah (migrain)

Intervention : Ibuprofen

Comparison : Aspirin

Objection : Cepat reda/sembuh sakit kepala
