Responsibilities Handled:
Presently I am looking after Crusher make L&T Model APCM 2022 of Rated
Capacity of 1800 TPH and Its cross country belt conveyor of about 6.9 Km from
crusher to stacker yard.
Routine Activities included:
1. Daily Job planning and allocation as per maintenance activity.
2. Daily manpower deployment as per planning.
3. Maintaining the desired output size of -40 mm.
4. Maintaining Power per ton of material below 2 units on daily basis in
coordination with mines.
5. Preparing of maintenance plan of crusher for Preventive maintenance
(Weekly) and Shutdown Maintenance (Yearly).
6. Preparation of budget on Zero base budgeting.
7. Monthly overview of Stores and spares cost and Repair and
Maintenance cost and forecast the consumption plan for next month.
8. Maintenance of all gearboxes and coupling.
9. Sustainability of crusher by maintenance of bag filters in crusher area and
cross country in order to control fugitive dust emission as per norms set by
environment department. Additional measures are taken in order to make
dust emission control more effective by modification in hood and skirt
board.
10. Consistently working toward zero breakdowns and zero injury.
11. Evaluate reliability improvement by calculating MTBF on quarterly basis.
12. Evaluate maintainability improvement by MTTR on quarterly basis.
13. Maintaining 5S on workplace and shop floor.
14. Breakdown analysis by using 7 QC tools.
15. Systematic innovation through Kaizen.

1. Replacement of APCM 2022 crusher Apron feeder.
2. Replacement of 2.5 Km belt conveyor.
3. Modification in Wobbler feeder.
 4. Grinding path replacement done.
