Date: SEPTEMBER 9, 2019 Time: 4:00-5:00 PM

That day we are assigned to observe at the second floor of the construction
of Three-Storey Learning Resource Center Design and Build of DOSCST Library
Building Two. When we arrive the site, we proceed to the left side of the second
floor to observed the divisions of the rooms. There we met Mr. Lino Capili, the time
keeper observing the workers and checking time. We asked him about the divisions
in the rooms and how are the workers doing which he answer directly. They are
using studs for the divisions and hardiflex are used as a partition. They put hardiflex
only one side of the wall because they are still installing some wirings in the wall.
We gave our thank to Mr. Capili for answering our questions and we excused
ourselves as we are still observing the sorroundings of the second floor. The tiles
outside the rooms are completely installed while some of the room aren’t. The
railings at the center are almost finish so as the walls some are still not done
plastering. The delay of those are because of the lacking of the materials and
workers.
