When machine is started on the Power Supply card led light "ready" is on, and

on the display is following: (When servo motors started all 3 servo drivers +
servo for spindle signalled that they are ready-green lamps are on)

If I push table by hand, table is sliding and coordinates changing (if servo
motors are not started, when servo motors are started then they keep table
locked and then it can’t move).
In the upper right corner is always marked "FEHLER"

If press soft key "REFERENZ PUNKT" than following screen appears:

When select any single of 3 axis or all of 3 axes and press green button "start"
nothing happens. Also pressing “Enter” key nothing happens

If you press the soft key "REFERENZ ZYKLUS" message appears:

"Fehler 23 Referenzpkt. Zyklus (79) nicht vorhanden"- image:
If press "INFO" then is displayed:

When choose maschinen status:

It is showing mistake number 241 – axis not hold - ???

If press " MEMORY " then is displayed:

I choose " ZYKLEN ":

Cycles 55, 75,76,77, and 78 are typed manually from the control panel of
CC100, but cycle 79 is different from all others, and includes characters such
as “ : ; </>” which can not be entered from CC100 control panel.
If type just *X* (next need to be typed ";" but it can’t be typed from keyboard of
CC100 control panel) and than press “enter” key to receive row and start new
row than following message appears:
“FEHLER 58 Programmkopf , Satzaenderung nicht erlaubt” - image:

Available is Cycle 79 in the printed version (paper version) which is copied

from another machine with CC100 together with all other cycles, but it is from
others because it contains special characters and line don’t start with "N_ .."
as for all other cycles.
In paper version ZYKLEN 79 looks like is shown in following picture:
If try to connect CC100 with a laptop
using a NULL MODEM CABLE -9pins on laptop side to 25pin on CC100 side
using the software "easyDNC" or Hyper Terminal from Windows

settings for CC100 & laptop:

baud rate 1200,
port 2,
data bit 7,
stop bit 1,
parity even,
flow control: Xon/Xoff

CC100 copy >> laptop goes fine, I can copy the parameters, PLC program,
cycles, zero points... Everything from laptop to CC100 goes fine and there is
no any problem, but

Copying from laptop to CC100 is impossible

can’t even transfer a same data what I am earlier transfered from CC100

(example: cycle 78 I ma made on CC100, transferred to a laptop, but I can not

send it from laptop to CC100 - ???)
78 cycles *************** M RWED 5
N M7 1
N 2 M9

This is a way how I am trying to send data from laptop to CC100:

Set up a program for sending and press start on the laptop:

On laptop is shown "Waiting for CNC" and the transfer will not start (0%) as
long as I press the "START" on the CC100,
After pressing "START" on CC100 begin flashing "UEBERTRAGUNG" on the
screen, the progress indicator on laptop goes from 0% to 100%, but the
CC100 still blinks "UEBERTRAGUNG" and if I wait for 10 minutes or half hour
it still does not stop flashing "UEBERTRAGUNG"
So, it means "START" taster on side of CC100 responds to a transfer, but
after transfer is started it can’t be completed

if I try to add (blue letters) according to documents from the CC100

DC2
CR LF STX
Cycles *************** 7 9 5 M RWED CRLF
N M7 1 CR LF
N 2 M9 CR LF
N 6 M52 CR LF
7 N M53 CR LF
N 9 M5 CR LF
EOT CR LF
DC4

Again blinks "UEBERTRAGUNG" for a half hour but it can’t transfer again
